CLARK COUNTY REGIONAL FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT
FLOOD SAFETY ADVERTISING SERVICES

THE CLARK COUNTY REGIONAL FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT (RFCD) REQUESTS PROPOSALS FOR FLOOD SAFETY ADVERTISING SERVICES.  THE CONTRACT TERM WILL BE FOR A ONE-YEAR PERIOD, WITH UP TO FOUR OPTIONS TO RENEW THE CONTRACT FOR ONE-YEAR PERIODS.

PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE: Monday, July 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m., local time.  The pre-proposal conference will be held at the RFCD offices: 600 South Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89106-4511, Room #108.

Sealed Proposals will be received up until 4:00 p.m., local time, on Monday, August 20, 2012, at the following address:

LATE SUBMITTALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!

Proposals time-stamped at 4:01 p.m. or later will be returned unopened.

Interested firms must obtain a proposal package which details format requirements from the RFCD offices during business hours (Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) Proposals can be obtained at the RFCD offices beginning Thursday, July 12, 2012, at noon, local time.
